====== Troubleshooting 0x800CCC0E error on Outlook (IMAP) ======

The error **0x800CCC0E** in Microsoft Outlook occurs when the email client fails to synchronize subscribed folders with the mail server. This is often caused by incorrect email settings, network connectivity problems, or interference from antivirus or firewall software.

In this guide, we list the steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue so you can get your Outlook back to syncing properly.

===== Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection =====
Outlook needs an active internet connection to communicate with your mail server. A disconnected or unstable network can trigger this error.
