====== Lookafter Mail Server Configurations ======

You can configure your email clients (e.g. Ms Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc) to send and receive emails through your domain.com email account that is hosted with Lookafter. The following is the summary of mail server settings.\\

==== POP Server Settings (incoming mail server) ====
  * Account Type: POP3
  * User ID/User Name/Login Name: Your full email address i.e. name@domain.com
  * Mail Server: **vo1.agnx.com** / **vo2.agnx.com** / **g1.agnx.com** / **v1.agnx.com**\\ <color #ed1c24>*IMPORTANT</color>: To confirm which server to be used for your domain, please use the [[https://t.agnx.com/r/email-check.html|Email Lookup Tool]] or consult Lookafter Helpdesk at [[helpdesk@lookafter.com]].
  * Port Number: 110
  * Encryption: None or STARTTLS

==== IMAP Server Settings (incoming mail server) ====
  * Account Type: IMAP
  * User ID/User Name/Login Name: Your full email address i.e. name@domain.com
  * Mail Server: **vo1.agnx.com** / **vo2.agnx.com** / **g1.agnx.com** / **v1.agnx.com**\\ <color #ed1c24>*IMPORTANT</color>: To confirm which server to be used for your domain, please use the [[https://t.agnx.com/r/email-check.html|Email Lookup Tool]] or consult Lookafter Helpdesk at [[helpdesk@lookafter.com]].
  * Port Number: 143
  * Encryption: None or STARTTLS

==== SMTP Server Settings (outgoing mail server) ====
  * Mail Server: **vo1.agnx.com** / **vo2.agnx.com** / **g1.agnx.com** / **v1.agnx.com**\\ <color #ed1c24>*IMPORTANT</color>: To confirm which server to be used for your domain, please use the [[https://t.agnx.com/r/email-check.html|Email Lookup Tool]] or consult Lookafter Helpdesk at [[helpdesk@lookafter.com]].
  * User IDUser ID/User Name/Login Name: Your full email address i.e. name@domain.com
  * Port Number: 587
  * Encryption: None or STARTTLS
  * Requires authentication: YES

**Important Notes:**
  * Lookafter SMTP server allows only genuine user to send email.\\ Make sure to check the option "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication" and "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" on the outgoing server settings.
