====== Adding Users into Mail Group ======

To add a user into a mail group:

1. Go to **Profile** > **Admin**. //{{:faq:administrator:manage_groups:add-user-1.png|}}

2. From the list of Admin Tasks, select **Group**. //{{:faq:administrator:manage_groups:add-user-2.png|}}

3. Then, click on the {{:faq:administrator:manage_groups:edit-button.png?30|}} button of the group you wish to add a new member.

4. To add a member to the group, click on the "Member" field and select the username.  //{{:faq:administrator:manage_groups:add-user-4.png|}} ////Note//: You can type the username into the "Member" field to filter the user list if it is too long.

5. Once done, click the [Update] button to save the settings. //{{:faq:administrator:manage_groups:add-user-5.png|}}
