**Question:** I am getting errors when accessing to the FTP server. How do I start troubleshooting?

1. Check if your FTP server, username and password are correct.\\

2. Check if the FTP connection is being blocked by your computer/network firewall.\\ 
You may need to configure the firewall to allow FTP connection.

3. Try using "explicit FTP over TLS if available" as the encryption mode of your FTP protocol.
