If your email could not reach a recipient due to their email server or spam filter is blocking your domain or server IP, please use the following template and notify them about the issue. 

  Subject: Request to unblock email server - [Paste your domain here]
  
  To whom it may concern,
  
  We are writing to inform you that your mail server is blocking our emails. The following is the log we got:
  
  [Paste log here]
  
  Please request your email administrator or email service provider to unblock our email domain/IP.
  
  Thank you.


**Note:**
  * Replace //[Paste your domain here]// with your actual domain (e.g. mycompany.com).
  * Replace //[Paste log here]// with the log provided by the Helpdesk team, or the bounce/undelivered error message that you got when sending email to the recipient.
  * You can send the details to your recipient (or any related PIC) via your personal mail, phone messaging app, recipient's website enquiry form or other available communication methods.
