As VOChat only allows chat messaging between users of the same Virtual Office (VO) domain, public channel is a channel that allows you to chat with public users - someone that does not have a user account in the your VO domain.

All public channels come with a unique widget code, which can be embedded into websites. Websites that are embedded with these codes will display a chat widget, where visitors can send chat messages through it. You will see chat messages coming from the visitors on the **Visitors** section of your VOChat, and respond to them quickly and easily.
