====== VOChat for Website: Viewing Visitor Source ======

To view the more information about a visitor:

1. On the visitor's chat screen, click on the {{:guide:vochat:website:icon-more.png?30|more}} icon.

2. Select **View visitor**.

3. You will be able to see the user's contact details under the **Contact Details** tab.

4. To view the visitor's source, location and more, click into the **Other Details** tab.
