You can either create new user account via AVOMASTER or you can do so if you are a VOADMIN user.
Create New User with Avomaster
Upon login, click on the Create New User link.
Enter the user name and password for the new user. Click Create to create the account.
Create New User via voadmin account
Upon login, go to Profile → Admin Task and click New under Account List.
Key in the user name and password for the new user account. Click Create to create the account.

An Avomaster or Voadmin users may reset a user account password when:
To reset a user password:
Note: If the user account is compromised, please DO NOT use back the same password as it has been exposed.
To increase/decrease user email space:
Login to your Avomaster or voadmin account and go to Profile → Admin Task.
On Accounts, select the user that you wish to increase the mailbox space.
Then, on Email Disk Limit, select and change the email space from the dropdown options.
Remember to click the Update button to save your configuration.

To adjust your user's Storage disk space:
Login to the administrator account and go to Profile → Admin Tasks.
Under Account List, select the user that you wish to adjust the storage disk space.
On Storage Center Disk Space Limit, select and change the storage disk space from the dropdown options.
Once you have selected the desired storage space, click Update to save the configuration.

If you are a manager or supervisor who would like to receive and view your user’s incoming and outgoing emails, you can do so by adding your VO email address onto the user’s Incoming and Outgoing BCC settings.
Please follow the steps below:
Please note that the manager/supervisor may receive a lot of emails due to this setting.
At times they might even receive duplicated emails if the user sends email to the manager/supervisor—one copy from the user, and another copy from the user’s BCC settings.

As an administrator, you can reset your user's SAP settings in cases that they are blocked from login to their accounts from another countries or locations, which they have not been whitelisted.
