Email Setup Guide: TypeApp for iPhone (IMAP)
1. Launch TypeApp in your iPhone. If the app is newly installed, you will see the following screen prompting you to add an account.
Enter your email address and click Manual Setup. On “Choose provider”, select Manual Setup, then IMAP.
2. On “IMAP Settings”, enter the following details:

| Username | (Enter your email address, e.g. test@lookafter.com) |
| Password | (Enter your password) |
| IMAP Server | vo1.agnx.com / vo2.agnx.com / g1.agnx.com IMPORTANT: To confirm which server to be used for your domain, please use the Email Lookup Tool or consult Lookafter Helpdesk. |
| Security | SSL/TLS |
| Authentication | PLAIN |
| Port | 993 |
Once done, click Next.
3. On “Outgoing server settings”, enter the following details:
| Username | (Enter your email address, e.g. test@lookafter.com) |

| SMTP Server | vo1.agnx.com / vo2.agnx.com / g1.agnx.com IMPORTANT: To confirm which server to be used for your domain, please use the Email Lookup Tool or consult Lookafter Helpdesk. |

| Authentication | LOGIN |
| Port | 465 |
| Require sign-in | YES (checked) |
Once done, click Next.
4. Enter your name and description, then proceed with Next.
5. Select “Push” for notification option and click Done to complete the setup.
