Home > FAQ > Email > Spam & Junk > Can I turn off junk filtering option on webmail
Although we strongly recommend keeping Junk Filtering enabled on your Webmail, you do have the option to turn it off in your Webmail settings.
⚠️ Important Security Note:
If you disable Junk Filtering, a large number of unwanted spam or phishing emails may be delivered directly into your Inbox. If you choose to proceed, we recommend enabling your mail client’s own junk filter (e.g., Outlook’s Junk Mail filter) or using local anti-phishing/antivirus tools for added protection.
1. Login to your email account.
2. Go to: [Email] → [Configuration] → [Junk Settings].
3. Uncheck the checkbox for [Junk Mail filtering enable].
4. Click [Update] to save your configuration.
