This document lists the FAQ on Virtual Office (VO) user account's profile and individual settings.

An Alternate Email is any email address other than your VO email address (e.g. david@lookafter.com). It can be your secondary or personal email address, such as <name>@gmail.com, <name>@live.com, etc.
You can add an alternate email address to your VO account and use them to recover your account password.
If you happen to forget your VO account password or your account becomes compromised, you can request for a password reset and the confirmation link will be sent to the alternate email. (How to reset account password?)
To define your alternate email address, login to your VO account, go to Profile → Email → General.
Key in the email address on the given field under Alternate email.
Click Update to save your setting.
Login to your VO account, go to Profile → Password.
Re-enter your current password in “Current Password” field and enter the new password in the required column and click “Update”. Your password will be updated immediately.
Log out and login again with the new password.
If you are using mail clients such as MS Outlook and would also like to change the password of your account in your mail client, please refer here.
To reset your account password, directly click on the Login button without inserting any login id or password on the login page. You will see the error “Login is incorrect”. Here, click Reset Password.
On “Password Reset Request”, key in your full email address. Click Request.

On your account, go to Profile → Appearance.
On Language, select and change to your desired language. Click Update to save your setting.
Current available languages are English (default), Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
To enable your account to login from other countries, please set your SAP (Suspicious Access Prevention) settings before you travel out of the country.

If you are at a foreign location and are trying to access your account but could not, please contact your administrator to reset your SAP settings.
