Outlook Add-In for Storage is an add-in that integrates Storage Center with Microsoft Outlook. By connecting this add-in to your Microsoft Outlook, you can send files as links easily and securely, without worrying about file size limitation.

The add-in allows you to:

• Keep mailbox light, as attachments have been replaced with links.
• Send files that are larger than the limit restricted on Microsoft Outlook.
• Minimize the waiting time for loading and sending of large-sized files.
• Ensure that only the intended recipients can download the files by applying passcode encryption on the share links.

Enabling Outlook Add-In for Storage adds a storage icon to the Microsoft Outlook composer. When you click on this icon, a pop-up window will be displayed, listing all your Storage Center files. You can then select any files or folders from the list to be created as share links, which will appear in the body of the email.
