====== How to disable incoming emails getting into a user's mailbox? ======

**Question:** I have an inactive user account that no longer needs to receive incoming emails. How do I stop emails from coming in to the user's mailbox?

**Answer:**

1. Log in to VO/webmail as the avomaster or voadmin, then go to **Profile** > **Admin**.

2. Select the user who no longer needs to receive incoming emails.

3. Scroll down till the "Email options" section. **Uncheck the "Keep incoming mail" checkbox** and click **Update** to save the changes.
