====== Email Setup Guide: Apple Mac Mail (POP3) ======

1. Open the Apple Mac Mail. Then, go to **Mail** and click on **Add Account...**.

2. Choose **Other Mail Account** then **Continue**.

3. Fill in your name, email address and password. Next, click on **Sign In**.

4. After that, select **POP** as your account type. Then, fill in the  mail server details as the following:

^Account Type:|**POP**|
^Incoming Mail Server:|**vo1.agnx.com / vo2.agnx.com / g1.agnx.com**\\ **<color #ed1c24>IMPORTANT:</color>** To confirm which server to be used for your domain, please use the [[https://t.agnx.com/r/email-check.html|Email Lookup Tool]] or consult Lookafter Helpdesk.|

5. Click **Sign In** again and your account will be created.

Inbox mails will be downloaded. The download process may take a while if your mailbox size is large.

By default, your POP account is set to leave a copy of emails on the server for 7 days. To change this setting, please refer to: [[faq:email:mac_mail_pop3_configuring_leave_msg_on_server|Configuring How Much Days Emails are Kept on Server]]
