Troubleshooting FTP errors

Question: I am getting errors when accessing to the FTP server. How do I start troubleshooting?

Answer:

1. Check if your FTP server, username and password are correct.
You can obtain the latest FTP login information via the steps as shown in this article.

2. Check if the FTP connection is being blocked by your computer/network firewall.
You may need to configure the firewall to allow FTP connection.

3. Try using “explicit FTP over TLS if available” as the encryption mode of your FTP protocol.

4. We suggest you to use FileZilla as your FTP client. You may download the software here.
