How to disable incoming emails getting into a user's mailbox?
Question: I have an inactive user account that no longer needs to receive incoming emails. How do I stop emails from coming in to the user's mailbox?
Answer:
1. Log in to VO/webmail as the avomaster or voadmin, then go to Profile > Admin.
2. Select the user who no longer needs to receive incoming emails.
3. Scroll down till the “Email options” section. Uncheck the “Keep incoming mail” checkbox and click Update to save the changes.
