What is AVOMASTER?
AVOMASTER is the power user for VO. AVOMASTER can do all settings and all configuration to any user, any module.
The main role of AVOMASTER is managing VO.

What is UCAR?
UCAR stands for “User Control Access Right”.
You may use this feature to control the access right of each UCAR group to the different application (objects) within the system. Read more About UCAR.
