Choose which IMAP folder from webmail to appear on Ms Outlook (2019, 2016, 2013) for Windows

1. On Ms Outlook, right-click on your Inbox folder and select IMAP Folders….

2. On the “IMAP Folders” window, click Query to load your webmail folders.

3. Then, select the folder that you wish to access from Ms Outlook, and click Subscribe.

Note: If you want to select multiple folders, press and hold the Ctrl key as you select multiple folders.

4. Click OK once done.
