Create New Signature
1. Go to Email → General → Signature
2. You can enter maximum of 6 signatures and as the final steps, click on [update] to save the settings.
3. Optional : You can select “Random” option when you want the signature to be insert into the email randomly.

You can select the signature when composing email when you have more than 1 signatures.

Go to Email –> Folders
Enter the folder name into New Mailbox column and click on Create. Refresh your mailbox list and the new folder/ mailbox will be display.
You can also move your emails after viewing them.
If you are constantly receiving emails in your Inbox that you identified as spam or Junk, you can either set it as Junk through Global Mail Rules or configure an email blacklist using Global Mail Rules or configure an email blacklist using your webmail account.

You can send messages up to 200MB in size on webmail.
If you would like to send attachments that are larger than this, you can use Drop File on Storage instead.
Note that you may not be able to send larger email attachments if you are using other email clients that have their own attachment limit (e.g. Ms Outlook 2010 only allows up to 20MB of total attachment size).
You may also not be able to send larger email attachments to recipients who use other email services with smaller attachment limits. If your attachment is too large to be sent to your recipients, you can drop the files to them instead.
If you received an email quarantined reminder, do not worry.
Basically this email is sent out by Afteroffice mail system when it found attachment of the email contains computer virus or other form of dangerous files. The email has been saved at a separate location.
The objective of the email is to inform you that you have been kept safe by the our system. But in the case you are sure that the email is legitimate, you may ask the system to re-deliver the email to you by clicking on the link provided within the email.
To re-deliver the email to you:
1. Click [I want this email].
2. Then, on the “Email Retrieval” page, click [Send].
Note that all quarantined emails will only be kept for 7 days.
1. Go to Email.
2. Locate the email that you wish to retrieve the headers.
3. Click and open the email.
4. Click “View Source” on top right of your email message.
When you are out of the office, you can setup an auto-reply feature on your webmail to notify people that you are unavailable at the moment. The auto-reply feature will automatically respond to the people who send email to you while you are away.
Now that you have enabled the auto-reply feature, when someone sends an email to you, he will receive the auto-reply message as configured above.

AVO insert a unique tag like [AX-xxxxxxxxxx] in all of the incoming and outgoing subject of email, in order to provide a better, more consistent email conversation and threading.
Consult your Administrator if you would like to turn it off.
If you are the Administrator, refer here to turn off the tag.
Redirect email means automatically forward all of your incoming email to other account that can be either in the same domain, or any other email address other than free email services such as Gmail (Why?).

If you decide not to login with this particular account to manage your email later, make sure you unchecked “Keep incoming email” option, so that all incoming email will not stay in your Inbox.
