To enable your account to login from other countries, please set your SAP (Suspicious Access Prevention) settings before you travel out of the country.
To do so, 1. Login to your account and go to Profile > SAP.
2. A “Suspicious Access Prevention” box will be displayed like the below image.
3. Key in and select the country that you want to whitelist. Note that you can add multiple countries into this list if you are travelling to multiple countries.
4. Once done, click Update to save the setting.
