Note: The “Allow spoof email” option has been deprecated following our SPF policy update in March 2025, as part of our efforts to enhance email security and prevent spoofing attacks. |
We strongly recommend users to disable spoof mails for the security of email accounts. Read more about email spoofing.
1. Login as the Avomaster or voadmin.
2. Go to Profile > Admin.
3. On the left menu panel, click into SMTP Settings.
4. Select No for “Allow spoof mail”.
5. Click Update to save the changes.
