When using the Virtual Office's webmail, once you have read an email, it will be automatically moved to the Read folder.

If you would like to have the read mails remained in the Inbox folder:

1. Go to Options (under the Configuration section).

2. Then, scroll down to the “Webmail options” section, uncheck the “Auto Inbox to Read” option.

3. Click Save to save your settings.

Your emails will remain in the Inbox folder on subsequent read.
