Question:
I cannot send out any email. The error message shows “Cannot find server”. Why?

Solution:
If you are facing similar issue as above, firstly, please check whether your computer has an active internet connection. If not, please kindly contact your ISP or your network administrator.

If there is an internet connection and if you are using MS Outlook (and other non web-based mail client) as your email application, please kindly check the settings of your mail application.
