Question: I have deleted a lot of emails on my webmail, but the email space usage remains the same. Why is that so?

When emails are deleted, they are temporarily placed in the Trash folder until you manually remove them, or log out of your account. This approach allows you to restore any emails that are accidentally deleted, before they are permanently removed.

To empty the Trash folder, click on the icon next to it.

Your email space usage should then be refreshed.

Note that if your mailbox quota was full or exceeded, clearing the Trash folder may not reset your mailbox space usage immediately. Find out more at What is Mailbox Getting Full Notification.
