1. To compress a particular file/folder into a .zip file, click on the button on its right, then select Zip.

2. Enter a name for the zip file and press Create.

3. A .zip file containing the selected item will be created.

You can compress multiple files and folders into a .zip file via the following steps:

1. Select the files and folders by checking the checkboxes on their left.

2. On the list of buttons appearing above the file list, select Zip.

3. Enter a name for the zip file and press Create.

4. A .zip file containing the selected items will be created.

To decompress/unzip a .zip file:

1. Click on the button on the right of the .zip file, then select Unzip.

2. The system will prompt a confirmation message. Click Unzip to proceed.

3. The .zip file will then be decompressed.
