If you are getting “The server responded: 550 Relay not permitted” on your Outlook, you may want to check the following settings:
Make sure the SMTP port number is 587, and not 25.
Check and make sure the “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” and “Use same settings as my incoming mail server” options are selected.
Check if your email settings are correct. You can refer to Outlook IMAP settings or Outlook POP3 settings.
